The City of Abilene is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified parties to
provide, maintain, stock and manage at minimum, customer vending machines in city owned
facilities listed in Exhibit 1. The purpose is to provide employees and customers
with food and drink to meet current and future requirements while providing percentage
based commissions to the City.
All workmanship, materials and equipment (including vending machines) supplied and
installed shall meet or exceed the requirements and adhere to all City and State of Texas
Mechanical, Structural and Electrical Code/Standards. All workmanship will appear as
“new construction” with all component colors approved by City staff.
